I am sure you heard it before, “ 6-pack program” “burn fat quick” and all the other fads that go around the internet all the time, why don’t these work?. Because they do not take into account who you are, your needs, your habits , your fitness level, goals and aspirations. So for this I am offering a service that gives the personal training touch at a fraction of the price. I have worked with all kinds of people in different levels and expertise and one thing everyone had in common is that they needed to have that personalized program to help them achieve what they need, not a quick fix, something that works
On a nutshell!
ECBASIC: Personalized coaching, access to me via text right through your phone and a touch of nutrition coaching.
ECLIVE: Now its personal….. You will have 2 calls with me per month to be able to keep each other in track, ask me any questions you may have, show me your form or anything else we may need to address. This also comes with suggested meal plans if wanted as well as caloric calculations to ether maintain, gain or loose mass. Your choice.
ECPLUS: Get everything but doubled. It now has 4 sessions per month, with everything included from the previous packages.
We can create friendly challenges, group chats and have some fun together, but remember our promise, training is personalized and it has to be kept as such, so groups and couples can each adhere to a program that would suit them personally, no worries, they all have access to these great group features!
It would take about a week to fully see your whole program, keep into account that weekends and holidays are an exception.
No worries! in your consultation and call, we will go over your equipment and adapt to what we have. You will receive a program that accommodates your needs
I am responsible to give you the best program possible for your needs, but there are certain factors out of my control; like someone not following the program prescribed. If you are unsure about training online, ask yourself this questions:
-Am I capable on holding myself accountable with a help from an exercise professional?
-Am I able to learn new things , adapt and be willing to grow in my personal fitness journey
-Am I tired of trying quick fixes and things that don't seem to work for me?
If you say yes to all of these, give yourself a shot and lets get started!
Nothing good comes for free, a HUGE part for this equation to work is accountability and consistency, sadly free things usually don’t bring that to the table. We do have a monthly trial available and if you are hesitant this could be a great option for you!
As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, I have all the resources to train athletes AND regular population.
Absolutely! you can always adjust your membership depending on your needs. Yet do keep in mind that if you committed to a certain time, this has to be respected. Always email me if you have any questions so that I may be of more assistance and figure out a solution for you.
You can always text me via the app. Response may take from 24-72hours depending on the day.
You can book extra consultations at any time for $50. Extra sessions are primarily employed to correct exercise techniques in a live environment, allowing for immediate feedback.
15-20 minute calls are offered with ECLIVE and ECPLUS, I highly suggest to come prepare as I will be able to better help you. I will also be following up on our call with the issues addressed as well as any changes that we may need to do. Compliments are always welcomed :)
