For the first time, I'm actually enjoying going to the gym and lifting thanks to Esteban! He's a phenomenally supportive coach who knows how to shape a plan based on input and feedback. Esteban is a really great coach, he's setting amazing workouts and is very responsive to changes/modifications based on a schedule. The first has been a wonderful experience, it's great knowing exactly what to do in the gym. We've been using the RPE scale to fine-tune exactly what weights I should be at and we're starting to work on nutrition which is going to be key. All in all, a great start and I can't wait to continue.

My name is Yash. Ive known Esteban for over 10 years since my High school soccer days. I joined his fitness training a year after I graduated college. As a soccer player in HS, I was extremely fit and in shape. But after college, I had gained 40+ Ibs. Esteban helped me shed my first 20 through intense workouts just alone after a year of training. And the remaining 20lbs I applied his lifestyle and diet changes and continued to work on my own. Now I am close to getting 6 packs.

    INCLUDES: It includes highly personalized workouts that meet your needs, accessibility to equipment, goals and physiology. It also includes nutrition coaching, and direct access with the coach with unlimited messages through the ECFitness mobile app. A LIVE CALL IS NON-OPTIONAL Previously to starting your program. We will discuss your program in detail and what you can expect to see in the upcoming weeks. No worries, it is only 15 minutes. LIVE CALLS: Two extra live calls each month will be available to you, in here we can discuss your program, correct form, or help you any way I can, I highly suggest coming prepared. NUTRITION: After you join, you will be able to choose between these meal preferences: Lactose-free, Gluten-free, or vegetarian. You can also select a macro split: 1)Balanced 2)Low carb 3)Low fat 4)High Protein Nutrition coaching includes food log in, caloric calculations, suggestions in macronutrients and how to incorporate them in your workout. Please note that these will be meal suggestions and should be treated as such. If you have any medical conditions refer to your doctor or a registered dietitian METRICS: You will be able to track your progress right through the app, depending on what you have access to, the metrics that we would use will change. HABITS: Daily Habits will be available to keep you on track, these will depend on your goals and case to case bases.
